My mission as founder is rooted in a career that began in food and baby food, where I learned the enduring importance of trust, transparency, and quality. I have always believed that people deserve to know “how it was made” and “where it came from” and that organisations thrive when they can answer those questions with clarity and confidence.

Janet Lung Standing is a values-driven leader and strategic advisor with over 30 years of global experience in procurement, supply chain resilience, and sustainable business practices. She served as Group Chief Procurement Officer at Johnson Matthey and held senior leadership roles at Mars and Danone, where she led initiatives to enhance supply chain transparency, ethical sourcing, and long-term value creation, including strategic contributions to Together for Sustainability (TfS) to shape industry standards for responsible sourcing.

Janet’s expertise spans AI-enabled procurement and social impact, having advised innovative companies such as Expana, Nibble, and Telos, where she applies her systems thinking to drive digital transformation, responsible practices, and collaborative partnerships. Clients value her ability to combine strategic insight with practical guidance, helping businesses navigate complexity and deliver meaningful outcomes.
